Brief description of the product/ technology:

The primary object of the present invention is to enable visually challenged individuals to construct geometric objects accurately and in a manner that can be equally understood by able individuals.
The device is easily affordable to own, use and maintain. It is a portable device consisting of a wooden board covered with a thin rubber sheet. Drawing is made on a HDPE sheet securely placed on the board and using a metallic stylus. The device is provided with special marking arrangements which enables a blind student to draw a line up to 1mm accuracy and an angle up to 1 degree accuracy. Proficiency in geometry being essential for studies in high school and beyond, this device would help blind students to continue their higher studies and improve their socio-economic status. 
It can also be used for making mechanical engineering drawings.
